Updated Vendor List!

Yes! I’ve started to update and round out my preferred vendors.  This will include home inspectors, termite inspectors, glass replacement, tree trimming, gardening and all sorts of other companies and services that I use, or my clients ask about.  I hope this will help you. You’ll find everything from remodeling contractors, to a handyman for a smaller job. Many of these services are folks we enlist all the time during the course of a real estate transaction, others are frequently asked by my clients (i.e. pet sitters, auto repair) when they’re new to the area.

I intend to keep this list ever-growing and updated. If a vendor provides a bad experience to a client, they will come off the list. All of these people have either been used by me (most) or used and recommended by close colleagues and team members.

So, if you need someone in Walnut Creek, Concord, Clayton or other Central Contra Costa county areas, check my list!  You may find it.  If you are a client, or a realtor who has worked with me, let me know if there is someone I need to add. Personal recommendations go a long way!

I love doing this because just as my business is built on referrals, so are many of their businesses.  I love to share when someone does a great job for me or my clients!
