Good news for those (agents) who work short sales and have grown to like the ease of use of the online portal, Equator. Equator has long been the online system of short sales for Bank of America. Later came Wells Fargo Short Sales, Nationstar, ASC, BSI and American Home Mortgage (AHMSI), this is a long awaited transition!
Certainly I would expect bumps in the road, and each loan servicer uses Equator differently so even for experienced short sale agents, there is bound to be a bit of a learning curve, but nonetheless, it’s exciting news!
As a recently approved Chase Priorty Partner in Short Sales, I expect this to streamline the many short sales I am doing with Chase Bank.
If you are in Contra Costa and have a Chase loan, contact me for a referral first to a Chase lender who may be able to help with the HARP (refinance program). Or, reach out to Chase directly for loan modification help. If all else fails, call me for Chase short sale help.
I serve home owners with Chase loans in Walnut Creek, Concord, Clayton, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Antioch, Brentwood, Pittsburg, Bay Point and BEYOND!
Chase has become one of the easier short sale lenders to work with, especially when you’re proactive and have a complete short sale package. One of my more recent short sales with Chase was approved in 9 days from the day of submission of the offer, to the approval letter. Second loans with Chase to have become much, much easier to work with.
