Chase Short Sales just got even better! Why? Because Chase Bank has chosen several real estate agents in each area to be Priority Partners in their short sales.
I’ve recently been added to Chase’s Priority Partner Program for Short Sales and so now I can help people with Chase short sales with exclusive tools and access to the Chase network.
So, what is a Chase Priority Partner Agent?
While Chase short sales have gotten significantly easier and more streamlined over time (some being approved in just days!) Chase found the need to partner with selected local area agents to provide their borrowers the best short sale consultation and service in the industry. I have worked on hundreds of Chase Short Sales, and now this Priority Partner program makes it even easier for me to be able to help Chase homeowners.
Can any agent be a Chase Priority Partner?
No. We were selected due to our good partnerships with Chase, went through an application and review process and attended Chase short sale training conducted by Chase management representatives. However, you certainly can use any local agent to work with you on a Chase short sale. But there are only a handful of Bay Area Chase Priority Partners at this time.
What areas can you help with Chase Short Sales?
I work Contra Costa short sales – almost the entire county! Short sales has developed into quite a specialized niche and with my Chase short sale partnership I want to help the Chase borrowers that need my help. My area of marketing expertise include Walnut Creek, Concord, Clayton, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Danville, Alamo, San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton and out to East County including Antioch, Pittsburg, Bay Point, Brentwood, Oakley and Discovery Bay. I can work, and/or partner with agents in West County as well including Hercules, Pinole, Crockett, Richmond. As well as parts of Alameda County; Oakland. So just ask!
Do you only work Chase Short Sales?
NO! I’ve worked with all the major national lenders including being on the Bank of America agent network. I’ve successfully completed dozens and dozens of short sales with Wells Fargo, B of A, Greentree, Bank of the West, Redwood Credit Union, Chase, Wachovia, CitiMortgage and more. Just ask and I can give you client references for most bank short sales.
